Hi, I am looking at the PCI-6289 card for an application and can't find the frequency range that can be selected by the programmable filter and whether the filtering is done in hardware or software? If anyone can point me in the right direction/has the information it would be most appreciated....Thanks,David

Hello David,
Thank you for your post on our webforum.
The 628x series have indeed a filter. When you turn the filter on, the cutt of frequency is 40 kHz (called small bandwidth), with the filter off you have a 750 kHz bandwidth. Please find more information under the following knowledge base; http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/AAB391A5A08BD72D86256F9C006B039E?OpenDocument
There are some signal conditioning solutions for additional hardware filtering, please find the following example; http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/12308 This module can be placed in a SCC68 or SC 2345 carrier.
Best regards,

Martijn
