I have a pump that works between 0 and 10 volts. When hooked to a power supply it works fine, however, I want to connect it to my DAQ USB-6211 so that I can use a labview code. The DAQ gives off 0-10 volts but my pump does not work when connected and voltage drops to almost 0.I don't understand why it doesn't work? Also,  the pump says it requires between 25 and 75 mA.

Have you looked at the specs of your card? The current drive per channel is 2mA. You need to place a current amplifier between the DAQ board and the pump.
